After much thought and evaluation of my business model, this morning I called John Thornhill via Skype and recorded the whole conversation. We speak about the changes implemented by eBay and the changes we have to make as eBay digital item sellers to coincide with these changes.
There has been a lot of blog and forum posting about this subject. So I hope we can shed a little light on the subject and hopefully create a light at the end of the tunnel for guys with digital businesses.

I just wanted to thank you for the great audio – it was really interesting and gave me loads of ideas.
I have to say, I’ve been an eBay seller for quite a few years and started off selling physical items before I `went digital’. I had a really good automated system in place and had an excellent reputation for customer service.
I’m really excited by the possibilities of getting back to `physical’ contact with my customers. I think the profit potential could be huge.

Thank you for your comments Paula, There are so many options for sellers now. I think we are going to see some very interesting sales techniques.
I am rather looking forward to witnessing the changes, however daunting they may seem!
I spoken to John again tonight and proposed more audio sessions, to keep everyone updated of any changes, techniques and systems we find useful over the coming weeks.
That’s right Daniel in this year there are so many options about this strategies.. I love to see this thing..
