Over the last week I have been updating my new Twitter account and have been making a few changes. And I must admit I have been a little bit of a lazy Tweet lately, but I made it my task of the week to build a list of followers and add decent tweet amount to my profile.
As of today I have now accumulated 107 tweets 392 followers and 428 following. I know that this doesn’t sound a lot but in one week it is good going as I have actually only tweeted three or four times myself this week! How was I doing this? Well I have been using a program by my friend and business partner Dave Nicholson which is called Tweet Dynamite and I must admit the results have been pretty good.
My subscriber base is up to due to the auto response email I send to guys who follow me and my traffic stats are up on my blog as well. I use my blog link as the link I give out in my auto response, which when I’m followed back in return brings traffic right to my blog creating readers and list subscribers.
You can give out any link you want as an auto reply to your follows using the tools provided; this means you can advertise anything you want with a shortened hyperlink. You could actually affiliate market your followers and send them to products affiliated to you and make an income stream from it. I have not tested it yet (as this is not my intention), but I CAN see it making some sales due to the auto find and follow features in used in Tweet Dynamite.
My intentions are to build my blog subscriber base, to alert more guys about my blog and gather readers rather than try to sell them anything. I may change my mind in the future but for now this is the master plan
Persistence gets you everywhere! Well not quite but it got me an 80% discount link for you if you want to buy Tweet Dynamite. My initial ask was a free link but hey 80% is a damn good offer “I’ll Take It” It really was the best I could get for you;D
Here is the link if you wanna buy it:
The reason I have been testing twitter in this way is I am taking a little more interest in social marketing techniques to see if they work like they say they do. I started with Twitter as a test to build my subscriber base and it does seem to be working fairly well. I am acquiring subscribers to my blog which is good and also letting guys know what is happening with some of my ongoing projects at this current time. My traffic stats are up like I mentioned earlier so its going well.
I will continue to test twitter techniques and other social marketing techniques in the coming weeks, so keep watching and I will let you know how I get on with my findings.
Just To Add – If you are wondering which tool I use for Twitter I am using Tweet Deck for PC and for iPhone. It works very well for me.
Thanks for Reading

Hi Jacinta,
Have you missed not speaking to me on support
There becomes a time in ones life when you need to make a decision and going out on my own, quitting working for John was one of the hardest I have made in a long time. Believe it or not I have been marketing for nearly 5 years now and over the last two my own online business has suffered. I took a deep breath and decided to go it alone.
I actually have report coming out soon which will give more of an inside as to why I did what I did and what I have in store for the future.
As for your Twitter Followers, how many are you following? You need to keep a balance between following and followers (10% I think) If your following drops you will not gain any more followers I beleive.
Nice talking to you Jacinta have a nice day
