Rome Was Not Built in a Day! Neither is Your Business

by Daniel in General,Marketing,Special

Rome Was Not built In a DayFor the last two weeks I have been training guys how to use bespoke software programs designed for one use only. It’s not the fact of the software that I want to talk about today it’s the knowledge people have of systems and how they use them.

You see training guys is what I find comes quite naturally to me, I feel I have a good way of explaining issues and answering any questions people may have. Take marketing for example, I have been in the business for over 5 years now and have taught a lot of people how to achieve goals from designing websites to building their own products.

But that is not the point here. The point is people need to learn and teaching is the only way you can actually learn. Learning from the experts to gain knowledge which will carry you further in your business, and ultimately to become an expert in your field and eventually become a teacher yourself.

Now for the last two weeks I have seen my group of new guys go from strength to strength and gain one vital skill from my teachings ‘knowledge’ knowledge enough to carry themselves proficiently and make decisions on their own. They will in time become experts in their field and most likely go on to teach others.

Not one of these guys quit, yeah most of them got a little disheartened and stuck with issue which they were not entirely knowledgeable about, but this is to be expected “Rome was not built in a day” So why did they all succeed? Good teaching, support and dedication from the students is the key to success.

Now back to the point! Good teaching and training in a marketing environment is essential and I am going to point you in the right direction. Dave Nicholson is starting a small group of trainees (students) to which he intends to take by the hand and make a success of each and every one. Take a look at Dave’s proposal here:

Now on top of this I have actually spoken to Dave about his course and I give it the big thumbs up for content. It’s a cool course which will teach you how to be a successful marketer, with complete dedicated support for Dave personally not staff. This way you know exactly what you are getting , and that’s one to one coaching 100% dedication from Dave all systems are on hold within his business apart from coaching his soon to be students.

If learning from the experts is exactly what you need right now and becoming and expert I your field is what you want to achieve, then Dave Nic’s student marketers coaching is just the right course for you. Also if you need a hand with the course when you are hitting the content hard then let me know I’m here to help you.

Thanks for reading.

Having a teacher is easier than going it alone. That’s the 100% truth. If not why do we go to schools and Universities if you can learn everything alone?

Rome was not build in one day so is your business. Very true. You cannot built a company like Microsoft just like that do you.You need to go thru a lot of process in order to become successful.Let’s come back to IM.

No doubt you won’t be able to learn everything on your own even though there are some many info you can find online.Theory is useless without practical. We need somebody to guide us.It is good to get a mentor to guide us someone who are successful. It will make the learning much faster. Also you will learn the correct way instead of going thru trial and error….save time.

Much easier with a personal guide, given clues from someone who’s been there- that’s true. But in my opinion nothing will beat your own ‘hands on’ experience based on hundreds of little and big mistakes you do. It seems to me many self called marketeers these days lack of common sense and a hard work that follows and product/service marketing. No coach/teacher will be able to give you a magic wand to make you millions online. All they can give you is some answers, but you need to know what to ask first, the rest you can find online- it’s all there. PLRs, Senukes, xrummers, spinners and tonnes of ebooks about e-marketing (most of them gives a feeling of the same content spinned a thousand times). It is a hard work of producing interesting/fairly unique and controversial content and ways/tools of doing so efficiently which will get you somewhere.
